The Billing Hub is a dedicated team available to do all your private billing. No gap, Known Gap, Private, Bulk Bill and Third Party accounts can all be provided by our team who have over 20 years experience in the Medical Industry. We have 48 hour turn around on all accounts that will improve your cash flow dramatically. We are an Australian owned and operated company with no outsourcing to third parties. No Set up Fees or
Lock in Contracts
There is no cost to join The Billing Hub and you are not locked in for any period of time. We will register you with all health funds, Medicare and DVA. We do ask for 30 days notice if you choose to switch billing services.
Service Fees charged on Receipts
You will be charged a monthly service fee based on % of receipts received, therefore The Billing Hub will not get paid unless you do. A small monthly fee is payable if you don't have your own Practice Management Software.
E-Claiming
All our claims are done online using Simplified Billing with Eclipse. This allows us to pay Health Fund and Third party claims direct to you. All claims will be processed within 48 hours. All patient payments will be distributed to your account on a weekly basis.
Financial Reports
You will receive weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end reports for ease of tax reporting and full transparency. If there are specific reports you require please send your request to The Billing Hub team.
